WE WELCOME ALL OVERSEAS VISITORS

Come and stay awhile and see some wonderful local sights and places of interest.

Whether you visit for a night or a week we can help you identify the most interesting places to see according to the time you have available

  • Nature based activities, walks along the river (just across the road from the motel) or a drive to beautiful beaches at Metung, Paynesville or Lakes Entrance. Visit native forests, Mitchell River silt jetty,  McLeods Morass and many more.
  • A walking tour of Bairnsdale taking in local architecture, places of interest and restaurants
  • Koala in their natural environment at Raymond Island, just a twenty minute drive away and short ferry ride across to the island
  • Get a free beer at the Aussie pub across the road and order the famous Aussie Reef and Beef dinner...yummy.

  • Feeling homesick - use our free internet cafe .... or try some Indian food across the road, Chinese food next door but one, Mexican a walk away and fine dining a block away.
  • See the largest clock museum in the Southern Hemisphere and the really neat MONKS CLOCK.

Pete is always happy to help you plan your tour; to ensure you see sights that the normal tourist brochures may not tell you about.

When you arrive, by signing our new guest book, we will be able to keep in contact when you return to your home country.
